Freezes computer

Hello all, I downloaded this game last week and the kids enjoyed it but it has a glitch somewhere.
It now freezes my computer and I have to manually shut everything down!!!! OMG not on my MAC!
3 years and Ive never had this happen. The links above to support and their website are unavailable.
Hmmm. For that reason alone I give "1" star!
